Below are answers to questions regarding rental of the arena, Coors Light Cold Zone, or Casino Arizona Pavilion.

Arena

Rent

12% of the gross tickets sales versus a mutually agreed upon minimum. All staffing and expenses are additional charges.

Box Office Services

4% of the gross ticket sales versus a mutually agreed upon minimum. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.

Deposits

First time promoters are required to forward a non-refundable deposit of $20,000 prior to tickets going on sale.

References

First time promoters are required to provide at least four business references.

Insurance

Promoter must provide, from a company with an AM Best rating of at least A-, a minimum $1,000,000.00 commercial general liability policy. The City of Phoenix, Phoenix Arena Development and The Phoenix Suns must be named additional insureds. Please review the contract for full requirements and deadline information.

Artist Contracts

First time promoters must provide signed artist contracts prior to tickets being placed on sale.

Building Contracts

Signed building license agreements must be received prior to tickets on sale.

Merchandise

The arena will vend all merchandise. The split is 70% to the artist and 30% to the arena.

Staffing

The arena will schedule all staff including security, police and stagehands through either in-house or contract means.

Coors Light Cold Zone

Rent

$5,000 – Full payment due in advance of event. Availability is dictated by US Airways Center event schedule.

Insurance

Promoter must provide, from a company with an AM Best rating of at least A-, a minimum $1,000,000.00 commercial general liability policy. Specs

  • Stage: Escalators to all upper levels
  • Misc.: 50’ of retractable glass walls allowing for indoor/outdoor bar area

Casino Arizona Pavilion

Rent
