In Built To Amaze, circus performers from across the globe create the perfect blend of athleticism and bravery, where power meets fearlessness and amazement has no bounds. Magnificent elephants, ferocious tigers, astonishing acrobats and awe-inspiring aerialists are engineered into one spectacular performance.

Plus, as AZCentral.com reports, there’s a certain magic that audiences inevitably feel during each performance.

Ringmaster McClain said the circus has the power to enchant audience members of all ages.
“The circus has a magic to it,” he said. “When I’m out there on the floor, my life changes with every show. ... I still feel like a kid out there.”
McClain, who’s from Kansas City, Mo., often performs with his wife, who is a backup dancer and singer.
Unlike past ringmasters, he’s a singer-songwriter and horseman who was a professional rodeo cowboy.
“Every ringmaster has their own style and their own special thing to bring to the table. The show is built around the personality of that person,” McClain said. “I’m a very energetic person. The show is energetic from beginning to end.”

Opening at 7 p.m. today, Built To Amaze comes to Phoenix for 10 performances. As an added bonus, visitors who get to US Airways Center an hour early can get a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into the circus.

Dubbed the "All Access Pre-show," this is a perfect chance to feel what it's like to be part of "The Greatest Show On Earth." Guests are invited down to the show floor to try on costumes, learn circus skills, meet the performers and get their picture taken with the clowns.

All this and more when you arrive an hour early, and remember, FREE ADMISSION with your ticket.
